Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Strategic FP&A practice by assisting private equity-backed portfolio companies in executing key FP&A initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive financial and operational reporting along with strategic analyses to facilitate informed decision-making for clients.
- Create and deploy robust reporting and forecasting models that enhance ongoing performance management.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, including company management and private equity teams, to manage and execute projects.
- Take ownership of critical tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, financial and operational reporting, profitability analysis, and data management.
Required Skills
- 3 to 6 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles, specifically focusing on financial effectiveness, strategy, and operations, or corporate FP&A within a middle-market private equity environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in business intelligence tools or data analytics.
- Strong grasp of finance and accounting principles, capable of presenting and substantiating financial analyses.
- Advanced Excel skills complemented by strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A team-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical and presentation capabilities.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related capacity.
